When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates provided on each product page. Please note that vinyl production can face industry-wide delays; we will notify you via email if your ship date changes significantly.
How do you package your vinyl records?
We take pride in our shipping methods. All records are packed in sturdy, corrugated cardboard mailers with extra padding. To prevent seam splits during transit, you may request that we ship your records outside of the jacket.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your record arrives warped or with significant playback issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video of the defect. We will provide a replacement or a refund depending on stock availability.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
We are happy to combine orders if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact our support team with your order numbers as soon as possible to request a merge and a partial shipping refund.
