What’s that? The lights are going back on?! That’s right, Tally Hall’s returned to Youtooz for an encore as fantastic vinyl figures! At 4.5 inches tall and holding a pair of drumsticks as he sits behind his four piece drum set that has the Tally Hall logo on the bass drum, a delighted smile crosses Ross' face as messy grey hair falls down over his forehead. Matching the rest of the band, he wears a black vest and pants along with a white shirt that has rolled up sleeves as his signature grey tie hangs from his neck.
